This is a project from 2008 that I REMIXED AND MASTERED MYSELF in MAY of 2012... this album is the new and improved version of "BURN VICTIMS".
If I were you, I'd probably suggest paying the Andrew Jackson route, but I'm a Piece Of Shit Loser so what do I know right?
"Burn Victims" is one of a few albums I intend to put out with under the name J. Burns, but I also rock as SNAKE (old school nickname).
I was born and raised in Tacoma, originally started doing music rapping over the Dead Presidents soundtrack (I know right?).
From there, I started hooking up with cats like Moon (Esteban Fiesta), Truss One, Ordonze (the Crooked Child), K-Doesky, Sean T., G'De, J.U.I, Jesus Del Negro, DJ Bitz N Pieces, One Lowe aka Low Drama, Raven NevaMore, RAMAJ and many more.
In 2001, myself K-Doesky and Truss hooked up and formed a group called Organik Produce. We made an album called the "Farmer's Market". It was a great start to reppin the local scene in the 253 and we rocked hella shows from Seattle to Ellensburg at Central Washington University. We also won first place at the NorthWest Hip Hop Delite back in 2001, a showcase that included local artist Sonny Bonoho among others.
Despite making a little noise as Organik Produce, the group soon disbanded as our situations were changing and I found myself solo for a while trying to fine tune my production skills and actually write a whole song.
By 2003, I created a full out recording studio in my garage, and started recording full time. I called the studio "Da Spot" and we called the crew the "Nobudeez". K-Doeski and I also formed the group Rip Chuk & J Burns. This was somewhat an alter ego group and we rocked several shows with J.U.I from Olympia to Seattle, dropping an EP "So Simple, So Filthy" in 2005. During this time I also had recorded full length Spot Studios mixtape albums and a compilation album. I would say we had a catalog of 100 decent songs the day my computer crashed in late 2006. That pretty much ruined the vibe at my spot and I slowly watched as the crew's optimism disappeared. I take the blame for that though, but hey Nobudeez perfect right?
I continued to represent with K-Doeski as Rip Chuk & J Burns and we dropped the full length album "Coffee Pot Sessions" in May, 2011. Obviously as artists we can be a group and do other ventures as well. This/These are mine as Snake, Jake the Snake, J the S, J Burns, Jeorge Burns, SideBurns 57 or whatever name you want to call me behind my back. (you're so cruel, Mom!)..

Basically give it a good listen, I always come through with dope lyrics, punchlines, vocabulary, knowledge and skills. All rappers basically say they spit shit like no one else, but I really do feel I can claim that with validity. Oh fuck what am I talking about why don't you listen and be the judge.
